Extremely nice doctor and staff; as well as competent and professional. My entire family has been followed by Dr. You for years. What more can I say except Dr. You is a caring and compassionate doctor.
I do not like to be negative . . .But I have had problems and issues with this office. I find that the receptionist was rude when she "Hung Up" on me . . . I am on what's called the Patients Assistance program. For some reason they do not exercise competent pursuit for my needs (which is to obtain my insulin) I am diabetic. Office staff was friendly. Dr.You told me I shouldn't be breastfeeding that I should start giving my son formula. He said my milk had no nutritional value. So now I'm not so sure on his capabilities as a doctor.
Dr. You has taken care of our family for about ten years. He takes time with his patients and genuinely cares about their well being. Wait times are reasonable. The office personnel are pleasant and professional.
