Subscribed to their $36.99 monthly unlimited carwash for several months. I suddenly get a charge for $49.99 without notification. I called their number during business hours and was told that my subscription will be cancelled. I get another charge a month later for another $49.99. ***** customer service and the equipment isnt properly maintained which means poor quality washing of vehicles.
The car wash itself is great. However, NO ONE speaks English at the business. And the person answering the phones isn't much better -she barely understands English. If you have an issue with the monthly membership, or changed license plates, etc. and need to speak to someone you're in for a world of frustration. SMH. I'm cancelling today and going where the workers can communicate.
