The website says open until 6pm, but it does not say that only for exterior wash only. I drove there and the outside sign says We’re open. Come in. I go in and the attendant sys that are only open for exterior wash only. I paid my monthly an expect to get my car wash when I need it. I get the reason, but come on, make it clear.

I could have taken my car to a coin op car wash & done a better job. It doesn’t even look vacuumed.
I just threw money away on the headlight restoration. I was under the impression that they use the proper technique of sanding and buffing to restore the finish. Instead, they used the solvent trick to wipe down the lenses, which improves clarity, but doesn't truly restore the lenses. I could have done that at home. I used them all the time for washing both of my cars. Until now. I hope your cost cutting measures are worth it. You just lost all of my future car washes.
