I’ve had two Cadillac’s serviced here over the last decade. I wanted to underscore the exceptional service Curtis Smith provided. I had unexpected car trouble twice recently with hub bearings, and he expedited my concerns both times, while ensuring clear and consistent communication. Also, thank you sincerely to Rocky who took me home and picked me back up to get my car. Rocky had a calm presence, which I greatly appreciated. So thankful to have beyond excellent customer service. You have two gems Cadillac! ☺️

Absolutely the worst customer service and service department ever!!! They had my car a month for a weather stripping repair and detail. Car was delivered back to me definitely not detailed and with an empty tank of gas when it was not given to them without gas. Pictures to show how horrible the cleaning was. They never answer and call back usually 48 hours later if you even get a call back. Never using them again.
