Correction: 2 stars. Updating my earlier dealer review after four months of ownership. I purchased a new 2025 Cadillac Optiq from Classic Cadillac of Atlanta on 2/28/2026 through the Costco Auto Program. At the time of purchase I left a positive review based on the sales experience. I had a very disappointing experience with Classic Cadillac of Atlanta Service Center. They frequently advertise attractive lease and purchase deals under their “Special Offers” and “Manager Specials” and even call repeatedly to encourage you to come in. However, after taking the time to visit the dealership, the experience was completely different. Would give 10 stars if it would let me! I order parts all day long for our shop. They have a superstar named Demitri in parts. I know I said thank you to him but it’s not everyday that you see people go above and beyond to make sure they get it right the first time. We can buy from any parts place or dealership but we chose Classic Cadillac because of Demitri 🏆 Sincerely- Erica at Detail Tech- East Cobb

I’ve had two Cadillac’s serviced here over the last decade. I wanted to underscore the exceptional service Curtis Smith provided. I had unexpected car trouble twice recently with hub bearings, and he expedited my concerns both times, while ensuring clear and consistent communication. Also, thank you sincerely to Rocky who took me home and picked me back up to get my car. Rocky had a calm presence, which I greatly appreciated. So thankful to have beyond excellent customer service. You have two gems Cadillac! ☺️
