I was visiting Alabama and needed an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel balance. Knowing the service would be due during my trip, I scheduled the appointment in advance. Upon arrival, the service advisor was courteous, professional, and very helpful. The dealership even accommodated me before my scheduled appointment time and completed the requested services promptly. Service department sucks. Way too much to even type. Avoid this facility!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP! After dealing with them for years and being terribly disappointed I decided to get rid of my Cadillac Escalade altogether! Picked my Cadillac up after my service (oil change, replaced a bolt in my sway bar, rotate and balance) and took it to another dealership for a trade in quote only to be told there was a screw in my tire and threads showing.
