On July 18, 2025, we purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and were provided a 5-day warranty. On the 7th day, we contacted the dealership regarding noticeable transmission slipping. (The slight delay was due to my husband working 48-hour shifts as a firefighter and me caring for our baby.) The manger very awesome gave me a good offer on my Kia. Spoke to the manger telling I had very rough situation I’m in. Gave the manger an opportunity to help me out. Thought about it! Then went filled an application on Wednesday 26th- then Friday hits 28th because of thanksgiving. Sales person got ahold of me.
