The service department is a joke. Any service takes more than a full day. They can’t even do an oil change under 4 hours.
If I could give this place a zero I would . The staff doesn’t know customer service and the mechanics are not skilled. Be prepare for your car to sit for repair months at a time and when you get it back it’s still not repaired. Dealing with buying my mother a Cadillac and she lives in Montgomery so she use this dealership the frustration after she suppose to get repairs is so terrible.
