Great staff. Nice atmosphere and knowledgeable sales staff who are very attentive
The service department is STRUGGLING ALWAYS. Any and ALL service takes more than a full day. They can’t even do an oil change under 4 hours. ALL services are drop off. Managers like the one that commented below don’t know what’s going on in the service department. Just drive to Auburn to get your car serviced.
One thing I have to comment on is that when we said we were just looking, the salesman respected that and wasn't pushy. Just for that alone, I will refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle.
