Yes, I am a first time owner of a Cadillac and it is wonderful. Still getting to know the vehicle and vice versa. Can't wait to put it on the road before the weather turns bad. Classic in Mentor is GREAT. I just stopped by after leaving the Genesis Dealership down the street and was WOWED by the customer service and the willingness to just work with me as if I was some wealthy person. I recently made a 500-mile trip to purchase a vehicle from Classic Cadillac in Mentor, OH. While the day did not go exactly as planned, Don and Nick made amends to give me a satisfying purchase experience. The staff at this dealership are very professional.
I've taken several vehicles to them for service; they have never fixed the actual issue. Do all kinds of work saying that will fix the problem, but nope, still have the same problem. Then they make all kinds of excuses. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. So, shame on me for me to keep taken vehicles there for service. Well, not anymore. My experience with Classic Cadillac was truly five-star. I stopped in on a busy Saturday to check out the Lyriq and Vistiq, and despite how hectic it was, I was warmly greeted by Peter Drago.
