I had a great experience with Don Ashba at Classic Cadillac in Mentor. He took the time to walk me through my options between two used GMC Acadias and helped me land on the right one, plus got me set up with a solid warranty. Recently had a check engine light and driver assist warning come on, brought it in, and everything was covered under that warranty—no hassle at all. Buying the car over the Internet with Gloria was effortless. We were able to agree On an outdoor price plus shipping to get to my home. Now the Shipping took a little bit to get it to my home but once it was here it was OK.
