Do not book this company! We went to the assigned meeting point, and waited. Nobody showed up, so I called. "Oh didn't you get the cancellation email; you guys were the only ones on the tour." Nope, no email, nothing in spam, and since we run our own mail server we went and checked the mail server log files. Absolutely nothing. So blew most of our 1 day to go sightseeing waiting for this 1pm tour. Grabbed one of the double decker buses instead which isn't what we wanted but better than nothing.

Brilliant tour highly recommend if you are in San Francisco you do this. Driver Zak and tour guide Joseph knew their way around and full of knowledge... thank you for a wonderful day

Vicki the tour guide and the driver (can’t remember her name ) were fantastic. So knowledgeable and we were treated like royalty. Very impressed. My husbands hat blew off and our driver stopped the tour and ran down the hill to fetch it for him. Incredible

Would recommend this tour of San Francisco to everyone. From the minute we met Jessica at 7.30 am we knew we were in for a treat. We enjoyed Alcatraz and then the tour on the cable car was amazing. We would never have seen all the sights by ourselves. Thank you x The Howell Family x
