Don’t like having to leave a review like this but our experience was so disappointing and sad that I feel compelled to. I’ve never walked out of a hair service, even when I maybe should have, until yesterday. The stylist who initially answered was very pleasant and scheduled my 8 & 10 yo daughters with another stylist who had reviews online, Eileen. During the barely communicative service my daughter was visibly upset so after the 3rd time Eileen left (2x for salon phone, 1x for an overlapping client which we didn’t know abo... read more
