Always professional. Goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.
Terrible Service on warranty repairs. Made an online appointment that was already a week or so out, I wasn’t called and told anything till day before appointment that they can’t see a vehicle for over a week or 2, can’t make an appointment only drop off ,and it could sit there for days , called other Buick dealers, received an appt and brought car in and had excellent service and turn around time. Do better Classic, will definitely never recommend anyone to purchase or service a car there.

If there were a way to leave a negative star review I would. I brought my vehicle to service and not only did they add and charge me for work I didn't want done there were several things that weren't done. Check Engine light was still on, the door panel was falling off it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. Lisa Fisher bungled my extended warranty and my account needed to be looked at but at least it was still blowing but it's completely off now not blowing they're claiming its electrical.
