I have been getting service here for 5 years and always pleased with communication with the service advisers. I took my BMW this past Weds knowing that they would not be looking at it until Thursday to assess the issue. My disappointment with Kendall the adviser is that she said she would call me 3 times over 4 days and never did. That's her job - I had to call Friday am to ask what is going on.
