Awning installed by previous owner. This year we called in April to confirm when they will be putting it up and were told mid May. Still don’t have it. Been calling and texting and finally they called to tell us not until week of June 10th. I know they go in some kind of order but you would think they would do it the same day as the house directly across the street and we both have small awnings.

Heading into June with no awning. We have only put up with this company for this long because we do love to support our local business, but when in return you are treated with such disregard its time to move on. I hope you let your new and future customers know, they will not be enjoying there multi-thousand dollar awning for half the summer going forward. Looking forward to switching companies this fall.

The good--initial consultation, installation and service has been excellent. We bought our awning in 2017. Concern-As part of our contract we agreed to certain dates to have the company both take down and put up our awning. Specifically, we agreed to put up the awning the last two weeks every May. We also pay them to store it over the winter. In general, they have been very timely. This year, we have recently been told that our late May installation is delayed by 3 to 4 weeks. They were great!! I never had the pleasure of meeting anyone, because my husband took care of the order, but he was very impressed with their professionalism. We needed someone to make a new awning, using our old one as a template, and others out there wanted to sell us all new piping, which was not necessary. Their price was extremely fair, they showed up when they said they would, and hit their target completion date. We would HIGHLY recommend them!!!
