Terrible customer service
Buy from Kathleen Robin's. My first car came from her in 1996 and I won't buy from anyone else. My family has been loyal to her way before that. Why? Because she's awesome. She's the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else. She always knows what I want before I do and always has the perfect car waiting. She listens and knows her customers. Top notch service. She just sold my son his perfect car. Although it's not a Chevrolet, she knew this was perfect. Kathleen and Dave Robin's won't steer you wrong.

I went in for an oil change and state inspection since I had just bought the car. My appointment was at 10 a.m., but after waiting for 2 hours, they told me to come back in the afternoon. When I got my car back, they hadn’t checked anything at all—there wasn’t even an oil change time sticker. At first, they told me the car had passed the inspection and that the inspection paper was in the car. But when I checked, it wasn’t there.
