Bought a used 2023 Silverado Crew cab. I paid the asking price and was assured that they would buff out any light scratches and detail the truck. They ran it though the car was and that was it. Add to that the dog hair under the front seats and I'm just a touch disappointed.
Bought a Lexus ES350 from Classic Lexus in Willoughby Hills. Paid them extra to paint the front bumper and hood as part of the deal because hood had like 100 stone chips. After they were done I can still see primer through the paint on about a foot area of bumper and they got a chemical on the headlight that smeared it and they will not fix it. The headlight alone is worth $1,711.00. They have a terrible body shop and they do not care about you after they get their money.
