After two months of taking delivery of a brand new 2013 Audi, I have had the car just shy of one month of that time due to the utter most lake of care of my car from this dealer and stuck in a rental car. In this time, I have had the dealer damge my front bumper, had a faulty a/c compressor which leaked and soaked the interior carpet, had the windshield wipers damaged, interior trim pieces left loose, had the carpet finally replaced from the water damage, had the front bumper re-painted, then had the Audi rings on grille dam... read more

I'm leaving this review from the parking lot. I live in Tampa and called this morning to see if a pre owned vehicle was still on the lot, I was told that it was available. I drove 2 hours to get here, then when I sit down for them to get the keys I'm told it was sold the night before! What a waste of 4 hours of my life and $60 in gas. Beware.

I had a great experience at Classic Audi and could not be happier with the way I was treated. They were all very professional and extremely helpful. I had a great sales person, Zach DesOrmeaux, who worked hard to ensure all of my needs were met. I had been to multiple dealerships throughout Orlando and they were extremely rude and when I came to Classic Audi it was a totally different atmosphere. I am so happy with my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for an Audi.
