Called Matt about my 04 Ultra Classic chain tensioners. Didn't know much about the issues, but Matt set me straight. Told me outright of the possibilities. Took my bike in and Matt tore into it, told me what he found and gave me some options. I chose to do the upgrade even though Matt said I could have gotten away with less. Point is, Matt layed it out on the table for me to see and decide. His advice was valuable to me in my decision. The work was done timely and right the first time !!!
