I cannot say enough good things about this company. I dealt with three different people, and all three were so professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The cleanup after the job was phenomenal. You couldn't even tell they had been here. I would never call any other company.

An elderly friend of mine was without heat on this 20 degree day, when she contacted me. She advised that she would be without heat for over a week, while another company looked for and ordered a part. Knowing that this was unacceptable, I contacted your company, and you sent a technician out within hours of my call. Then, within an hour, your technician had her oil heat and heat pump working and warming her house. This company provides quality service and the entire staff is top notch. From the estimate all the way to the clean up after the job was done I stayed well informed and they explained everything in a way that is understandable. My experience with Classic Air is all positive. I am grateful for the work they do and the kindness in which they do it.
