Great service and fair pricing!
Professional, honest, knowledgeable service Tech, Dylan was fantastic and took care of us. Didn't try to upsell or replace anything that wasn't necessarily.
We had a leaking unit that needed to be serviced. Dylan came out on short notice and helped us fix the leak, serviced our unit and cleaned the drain lines. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed our problems quickly!
It can be so hard to find good, reliable help in Dallas, but Coolinary Arts really delivered. The owner came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the issue right away, and even managed to get the part and complete the repair the same day. Our air conditioner was back up and cooling before noon! The whole process was fast, professional, and stress-free. They did a fantastic job, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Update: have used them several times since orginal post and are always thorough and reliable.
