Ms Elizabeth is so kind and accommodating. She has a pleasant attitude and very gentle hands. I’m new to Houston and this is my first braid experience, however I’ve found my hair braider after 2 years of living in Houston!!! Call her up, her prices are affordable and her customer service is unmatched!!! Thank you Ms Elizabeth 😘
I waited when I got here. Was treated super unfairly. My braider LEFT to go get het kid in the MIDDLE of braiding my hair. They were rude as I don’t know what when I shared my concerns as if I was the problem. Don’t waste your time or money going here. The quality of service has definitely gone down since I first came in 2017. I do not recommend

I know hairstylists are very particular these days but this is a first. I was trying to book an appointment and the hair braider said that not only does she NOT tell prices of service over the phone but that I had to come into the salon so she could see my hair and determine the price. I told her I don’t live near the salon to drive all the way over there before my appointment. There’s also no prices on her website.
