These people would get zero stars from me if I had that option. I’ve been taking my small poodle to them for over 10 years and for the most part I have received really good service. The last time I picked up my dog they informed me that they would charge me another $15 because my dog “was getting older and harder to groom”. I wasn’t about to pay the extra money.
