This is an awesome gym to go to. Everyone is really friendly and not judgmental. I do personal boxing training with Nick and he is one of the best coaches out there. He does not guilt trip you to accomplish your goals, instead he motivates you and wants honest feedback on your progress. He is not only a trainer. He has also been a great friend and someone I respect.
I love this gym! There are so many amazing coaches, especially Liz, Ray and DB! The entire staff makes you feel welcome every time you visit and the gym is extremely clean and well kept. The group classes are fun and diverse. I'm so grateful I found such a wonderful place to workout with wonderful people!
Nehemiah is always so friendly when I come into the gym. He knows me by name and is very helpful with all my questions. Come check out the gym for a great workout
I’ve been going here for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say! The staff are great and so are the workouts. My coworkers and I go weekly, sometimes twice a week. We love Ray and Nehemiah, both are welcoming and inclusive. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to find a good work out and new friends!
