I’m from out of town so I wanted to try something that would keep my body moving over the holidays. This place was perfect! It’s honestly perfect for ppl who walk around aimlessly in the gym, you get in, do your lifts and your cardio and you’re out to enjoy the rest of your day! Laura was super good at explaining all of the movements before the workout and as we were in the thick of the workouts. Sculpt45 was such an incredible class!!! 💥 Synchronizing the music with our movement was energizing. Allowing freedom that is coupled with connection is dynamic.
