Class is great but parking is absolutely hard to find during lunch hours… called the front desk 4 times finally picked up and just to tell me that i’m 4 minutes late and can’t check me in even I said I spend 10 min looking for somewhere to park. Definitely no empathy to help their clients.

I attend this studio often however recently have been coming less because of the recent experiences. The instructors are great, the studio is nice, however the front desk is the issue. Most of the staff is nice and friendly however there is one that wears glasses with dark hair that is particularly rude and entitled. I stopped going to the 9:30 class to avoid interaction with her. LOVE Class Studios! Their Sculpt classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. I leave feeling stronger each time!

I am very happy I got a membership here. After floating around and trying different studios on Class Pass, I found Class Studios and purchased a membership. I have been to both locations at Preston Center and also West Village. It is truly a community here with challenging and enjoyable workouts. This is the first time I've found a fitness program that I actually stick to. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly! I especially love Paige, Prezlie, Carrie & Jaz. Looking forward to taking many more classes here. :)
