I’ve taken sculpt classes with Carrie, Logan, and the rest of the team and loved them. Tatum’s classes are a different story. I gave her a fair shot (I went a handful of times) but I won’t be back to her class. The choreography is needlessly complicated at the expense of the workout. I spend the whole class trying to remember the next move instead of focusing on form or mind-to-muscle connection. I’ve only been coming for about a month, but I’ve always had a great experience at the West Village location. Everyone at the front desk and all of the instructors have been friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are consistently great.

The class alone was great but overall studio warmness and professionalism was lost. Ive been to the preston location and they were nice but this location upon coming here for the first time, I had to say hello to the front desk lady where she just stared with a blank face. Also, upon entering the studio I saw there was a welcome note to a first timer but i was not given a welcome note.
