Chandler’s train45 class was awesome. I’m not gonna lie, it was challenging but she was attentive, provided great tips/corrections and was so encouraging. Easily one of my favorite train classes at Class Studios WV
Kinley’s cycle class was awesome. Her energy kept everyone fired up the whole time, and the music was on point — solid beats that made it easy to stay in the zone. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a tough but fun workout.
