Normally love their classes, but tried one over lunch and was four minutes late. They would not let me in because they were worried about my safety since.
Paige is the Spin Class instructor gold standard. It just does not get any better. Boundless energy, cutting edge technique, fantastic music and a genuine dedication to her business all combine to leave you in a mound of sweat, but with a smile on your face, at the end of a fast 45 minutes.
