Paige is the Spin Class instructor gold standard. It just does not get any better. Boundless energy, cutting edge technique, fantastic music and a genuine dedication to her business all combine to leave you in a mound of sweat, but with a smile on your face, at the end of a fast 45 minutes.

I typically enjoy my workouts here. But this 4 minute policy is quite insane. And then they offer to “check you in” to save you from a cancellation fee. Well yeah- cause then you get to keep whatever fee class pass pays you. Class was at 8:30 and due to my own ignorance I arrived at 8:34 thinking the class started at 8:45. Just took a class with Maddie and absolutely loved it! Her energy was contagious from start to finish, and her playlist kept me pumped the entire time. She’s motivating, fun, and really knows how to lead a great session. Can’t wait to take her class again!
