I went twice during business hours and nobody home
Our burgers were NOT LUX in any way. Both the lamb and the smash burger were TINY, cold, dry and flavorless. The fries were cold and overcooked. We waited 45 minutes and they only had 3-4 customers. We will not return.
There is nothing “LUX” about this place… Do yourself a favor and order from the place next door, ordered ahead of time and arrived on my lunch break only to find out that my food wasn’t made and the lamb burger I ordered wasn’t available but at least he offered to give me a regular burger and I got to pay an upcharge regardless! Love being scammed… (the place was empty on a Monday afternoon) 20 min later my food is prepared I ask if everything is there? My 2 burgers and Mac and cheese (I paid $50) he said yes. The burgers was juicy and well season. Great customer service.
Demoraron más de 25 minutos, la hamburguesas estaban demasiado frias, la persona que atiende comía papas fritas de cada plato antes de entregarlos. La peor experiencia. Ojalá mejoren estos aspectos , tienen potencial.
