Jorn is starting speech therapy at CLASS, Inc. In Tacoma, right on the waterfront! They're working with the DDA to get him an updated communication device, once that's all figured out he'll be able to go 1or 2 times a week. They are such wonderful, nice, helpful, hard working, patient people running an excellent program (anyone who knows me know I have the highest of standards and don't like anything or anyone! Hahaha). Update: The new billing person contacted me explained the situation apologized and credited my account. They picked the right person to get this placed straightened out! The changes this place has gone through are awful. They are trying to bill me again for payments already made. It took forever to get it straitened out the first time. I had to facilitate a call with my insurance company and months later they are trying to bill me again for services from a year ago and won't return my calls.
We have seen tremendous progress in our daughter's speech since working with CLASS, Inc. speech therapists. CLASS, Inc. is a training facility for graduate universities so there is a variety of different therapists who cycle through the clinic every year or two. The director maintains the highest expectations and the speech therapy expertise of every clinician we have had over the past 8 years for our daughter has been amazing. CLASS, Inc. worked wonders with our son. He was having a hard time with pre-school, and we were fearful of how he was going to do in Kindergarten. CLASS, Inc. jumped right in, and our son's progress this past year has been phenomenal. CLASS, inc.is 150% invested in the children they work with, and is exceptionally skilled in their work.
