Extremely underwhelming report done through Travis Cook at Appraisal Nation for a property in concord,NC. Value off by 30% while using a better rated appraiser. Jonathan Feriss was the appraiser. BBB complaint submitted.
Working with Michelle Abeyta at Class Valuation over the past year has been a joy. She is a courteous, helpful, and a supportive Account Executive with the company.
Appraiser clearly made a mistake. Asked the AMC to get clarification from appraiser on subject to appraisal and was told to contact Rocket. When I let them know Rocket instructed me to reach out to them, the Director of Specialty Operations said replied to contact Rocket again. 16 years in the industry and this is the Worst customer service from an AMC I've ever seen.
Michelle is the BEST..Truly!! She is always so personable, helpful, and of course it is a major plus that she is knowledgeable. I appreciate her help with every appraisal order and the quick catch conversations that we have :)
Michelle does a great job and is very respectful toward appraisers and the job they do and understanding of the responsibilities they must manage.
