Shady practices. Lisa is biased has a bad attitude, wanted things corrected that an appraiser should not do, overpriced appraisal, bad attitude when going to property and horrendous attitude towards the tenants. Appraisal report is not correct, and she acts like a home buyer's inspector or city inspector. Stay away!
a guys who did my home evaluation just came by and put some numbers for my home. He did not even spend enough time and had wrong information about my home square footage. When I called him, he said you cannot contact me via email, no sorry, no apology nothing. Horrible company and individual who did my home evaluation. Stay away from this company.
Terrible appraiser. William Heath Hartley made significant errors on my appraisal, which forced me to pay down a $40k HELOC just to close. He miscalculated my rental unit income and even recorded the wrong bedroom and bathroom count—listing my 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. This dropped the appraised rental income by $600/month, despite my already having a signed lease at the correct, higher amount. His mistakes, including incorrect comps, cost me both time and money
Terrible appraisal management company. Their appraiser didn’t take the required pictures and had to go back to obtain them, and they tried charging the borrower extra fees for making mistakes, on top of delaying the closing. If you want the appraisal done right go elsewhere.
It has been a week and a half since this company has done our appraisal no report as of now it took them a week to get to it we missed our closing because of the delay
