Phenomenal Experience World Class?? That doesn't even begin to express how amazing this shop is. Shae and Sal are probably on my top 10 list of people now. Aside from a clean establishment, amazing service, and a wide selection, they treat you like family. Only two days prior to a function, Shae and Sal met my every request and Shae even met me and my buddy 3 hours before shop even opened so that she could give us our suits and we wouldn't miss class. A new ease to tuxedo re The two owners here, especially Shae, truly took the hassle out of renting a tux for prom. I was in and out within minutes and you can truly feel that they want to help their customers to their best potential. Customer Service gets me every time! I was planning my wedding from across the country and they were so incredibly helpful and friendly! I couldn't find my color for the guys vests anywhere, but Shae special ordered my color. I was a little nervous because I heard one bad review from someone...but then I found out that they complained about things fitting when they did not go in for a fitting. The Best There is Out There!!!!! So this is my second Prom in a row and yet again i am extremely impressed with the at home feel i got while being fitted for the tux. It makes the struggle to find the right size or fit seem so easy and Shae and her husband really make you leave happy with what you are wearing. The tux rentals are by far the most reasonable ive seen and are in great condition. i highly recommend Class Act Tuxedo to anyone who is in need of great service and wanting to look good for the night! 5 STARS!!!!!

The Best in California Class Act is the right term to use when describing this place, Shae and Sal are so warm,inviting, professional, and like family, they know their stuff too.
