I live in Woodridge apartments with Class Act, and I can't say I have had ANY problems! The rent is really affordable, and they even help you find a roommate if you need it! I have lived with Class Act for 3 years, and have a whole group of friends living with them as well, and we love the maintenance team and the ladies in the office are helpful and kind. Awesome place to rent. Very affordable. Landlord is very decent and understanding about changing life situations. Maintenance will fix anything no problem, no questions.
quality staff, reasonably fast maintenance, easy to work with rental agent. much better than any other apartment company I have dealt with. graduated now and left BN but glad I found them while I was here.
