Since "Class Act" took over Kozak's property management, there has been nothing but issues. They won't return phone calls, emails, etc. The list is very long. I don't know how they are still in business! Extremely unprofessional. If there was a lower rating than 1 that's what what they would be given. Very glad I have a new property manager taking care of my properties.

As stated in a previous rating. Unprofessional, I've called to reach someone with no return call. I've emailed and recieved snarky and unhelpful replies back. I do not recommend this company.

Looks like a scan just to get application fees. Don't give them any info.

This is the owner who owns Kozak property management. He is just trying to hide through class act property management. Don't trust class act or Kozak!!! You will be terribly sorry bif you do.

I applied for an apartment in Redmond and was in contact the next day, however three-days later when I check the ad again they have changed the move-in date to a month later and when contacted to ask what the actual availability was I never received a response. A complete waste of 65$. Not to mention the only contact is through multiple different emails and they won't answer any questions via phone? We need better PM companies in Central Oregon.
