Traci, the owner, right from the first phone contact, interacted with me professionally, with courtesy and answered all my questions completely and accurately. I recently moved and had them come out to do a move out/clean out . They were more than gracious to work around my schedule and the service was excellent!! They literally cleaned everything out! They did beautiful work…I would’ve never been able to do it myself. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the house that clean before. *side note* there was a praying mantis by my front door and I was too scared to walk past it. One of the gals kindly carried it off to a nearby bush for my convenience. I felt silly but she saved my day!
I used this company for about a year and couldn't be happier with the service they've provided. The people are courteous, thorough, and efficient. I have a very timid cat, and they are really careful not to bother him. I plan to continue my association with this company and recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service.
I have been using Class Act cleaning services for several years and have always been happy with the service they provide. This also included a cleaning after move out and a cleaning before a move-in. They coordinated beautifully and it couldn’t have been any smoother. Right now I have them weekly for basic cleaning, and I have them hired separately for yearly upkeep jobs, such as windows and screens, and the high up places.
