Great company! Brent and team did a wonderful job and are very knowledgeable. What they quoted and promised us they delivered. They even replanted a plant in a different spot, so that the new unit could fit in that spot. hands down the BEST customer service I have ever had. they do their best to drop everything and help when you are in a situation and when they cant show up immediately I have even had the owner call me personally and help trouble shoot my issues, saving me the cost of a tech call out. They are incredibly knowledgeable and don't try to upsell you anything. amazing company. amazing people. and great products I have a furnace, hot water tank AND AC from this company and have no issues recommending them to anyone and everyone.
Class A came into our lives about 4 years ago. We were at our lowest from a damaging flood and no furnace. the whole team was amazing at getting our home warm again. you hope you never need to call the "repair man" but when you do they are there and ready with a fix. awesome service and staff.
the name certainly denotes the quality and reliability of the company and staff. They go the extra mile to make sure their service and safety of their work ethic is top notch.When you need them in an urgent situation. the'll be there for you. I speak personally of one such situation where Brent put the job he was was working on on hold to respond to my situation which had become scary to my family. This in the middle of a very cold day.
