Brought in my older SUV for front end repair after accidentally running into the back of a big truck with a cast iron bumper (truck bumper was hardly scratched), but my front bumper was bent way up. When dropping the vehicle off that morning George himself took care of me because they were not open yet. He told me when to expect it back and that they will give me a call to let me know if anything changes. My vehicle is black and I know black is hard to match but I told them the only thing I was concerned with was that the door matched the rest of the vehicle. I didn't care how long it takes.
