HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!! Had them come out and redo my front steps what was quoted for 5k and a week or so long job turned into a 3ish month job. Less than a year later and my cement is bubbling up on one side of my steps and when trying to call them they won’t answer, I’ve left numerous messages, complaint to BBB and am heading now for small claims court since no one wants to get back to me. Our siding came out beautiful, but there were way too many issues. Lack of communication within the company and their subcontractors, lack of communication with us, etc. We were really disappointed because we really liked the people that came out and gave us the original quotes. Our porch railing got broken in the process of them taking it off and putting it back on to do the siding, and nobody said anything to us. Talked in August 2025 and accepted their quote. They sent a sales rep then sent a guy to measure. After that, radio silence. No responses to texts, calls, or emails. I've reached out 4 times without any response.
