I have been calling and trying to get these people to come out to finish the job. They say they will be back and never come back. Just bad business to start a job and disappear.
I am extremely pleased with the work that Class One did for me. Michael Silverberg was in constant contact with me regarding the status of my repairs. I received an estimate quickly and once the weather permitted, the masonry work was completed beautifully and in a timely fashion. Class One is now my go to for home repair.
The first thing this person asks, who is a man that doesn’t tell his name, is if there is a husband or man in the home….why is that important to deliver a service? It’s strange that a woman can’t interact with the “representative” of this company without knowing the relationship status to another man or more preferred by the “representative” the husband….. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I’m still waiting for the completion of my project and it has been since October!!!!!!! They use subcontractors and they don’t always show up!!!
This was by far the worst remodeling experience I have ever had. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. I had multiple different contractors in my home, and in the process, they severely damaged my hardwood floors. What was supposed to be a one-week project dragged on for an outrageous six months! To make matters worse, we were forced to spend a week in a terrible hotel while they attempted to fix the floors they ruined.
