It appeared that there wasn't anyone that enjoyed their job due to the lack of smiles. Besides that, the pasta dish we ordered was undercooked and almost crunched. Extremely disappointed
Very poor service. Employees treat customers rudely
The food was delicious and the live piano music atmosphere was the right vibe. The service was not so good. Our server was reminded by two other servers to greet us at our table. In the middle of the restaurant. We were constantly forgetten throughout the night. We would come back for a different server.
From the moment we walked into Clasico Italian Chophouse, the energy felt off. As we were being led to our table, we passed by a manager who didn’t acknowledge us at all—no greeting, no smile, not even a nod. Instead, he cut us off mid-path to speak with an employee, which set a disappointing tone from the start.
