Because they don’t honor the lease you sign with them.
There was a huge fire and explosion, my apartment is a total loss.This leasing office won’t let me out of lease without me signing a waiver even though this was already signed in the initial lease saying they aren’t responsible for anything although we haven’t received the fire Marshall’s investigation report on a huge fire and explosion!!! All I want is my money and for them uphold their terms in the lease. Just found out this is the second huge fire at Clarys crossing! Wow.
my friends lived at Clarys crossing apartments , the building caught fire 🔥 and her apartment along with others were destroyed. They have offered other residence a new and upgrade apartment They have however refused to taker my friend off of her lease. They are making her pay for an apartment that has been completely destroyed.
