Our daughter struggled with finding the correct size glasses. When the pair that came in was not fitting both assistants worked tirelessly to help her find just the right pair and made sure they fit perfectly. Even ordering extra pairs of women's petite size glasses for her to try. So thankful for their help in making sure she was properly fitted without making her feel awkward at the same time.
The doctor provided great service and honesty, I truly appreciate that aspect of my annual visit to this place, however, the customer service reps attempts to force me to purchase glasses from them are a true turn off!
I am so happy that I decided to come here! The staff is amazing and so warm and welcoming, Dr. Clary was so wonderful to go through everything in the exam and take her time to explain her answers to my questions. I have not had anyone in the past do that for me. I usually felt ignored and rushed. That is not the case here, the take their time and give you undivided attention. I will be recommending my family and friends to come here. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!!
