The clinician was unfriendly, not supportive, judgmental and did not even listen to what was said by me or my daughter. She spent her time there watching TV alone. The clinician interrupted my daughter when she tried to speak. She had me leave, then she filled in the questions on the assessments for my daughter and many answers were not accurate. The Clarvida Youth Crisis Center is honestly one of the best programs around for youth who need extra support. It doesn’t feel like a mental hospital or an institution at all—it feels safe, calm, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are super amazing, chill, and genuinely fun to be around, especially when interacting with the kids.
