The absolute worst! No help at all. They’ve billed me numerous times that I didn’t show up that my insurance company questioned. & they have no sympathy as I have stuff going on. They are just worried about money. Even tho I’ve cancelled a week in advance
I attended FBR for 10-12 years and I absolutely love Dr.Todd and Dr.Orr. I have recently been discharged from the place because of the newest therapist ( which I requested to be taken off my case and replace with another one, and was unable to do so because they have no one else due to COVID-19). She was apparently scheduling me for appointment and I was unaware of them but since day 1 with her, she constantly tried getting me to leave the place for another provider and I refused to, I have witnesses to prove it.
