I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Pratt to determine if a growth on my eyelid needed to be removed. To my surprise he was able to take a biopsy the same day (I had expected to have to come back for another appointment.) The procedure was very fast and the only pain was with the numbing injection. I have not received the results yet. Dr. Pratt was very reassuring and explained the process as he worked.
Always polite and professional and friendly. You are called on when its your appointment time. In and out without delays. Had etelid surgery and wad the same over there. BUT checkin at exam side is extremely slow.
First visit. Great people.

We were early, but my wife was checked in, received outstanding service, along with knowledgeable employees. The best eye exam experience we have ever had. We were never talked down to and were given detailed and easy to follow details about their findings.
