They were vey knowledgeable when it came to sales and installation, but when you’ve got the product in they wipe their hands of any responsibility. We were looking for waterproof flooring to place throughout. They sold us on the luxury vinyl planking that would require the floors be prepped. $20000 and 3 days later we’re back in the house. 6 months later the floor is failing.
