I am a current patient of Dr. Pruthi and she is a wonderful sweet and caring doctor
The day I had my first appointment scheduled I ended up with the flu. I called them at 9 in the morning and got their after hours line. I called again once an hour until 1 pm and was continuously told that they must me in a meeting, at lunch, etc. Their phone lines were forwarded all day. Thankfully I wasn't charged for missing my appointment because they had records of me calling. I rescheduled and was very disappointed by my first appointment.
