I’ve lived here a few years and the property manager, Shawnna, is great, along with the maintenance team. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, the community feels safe, and it is overall a nice place to live.
I was not pleased with the lack of customer service! Owner was degrading and I wasn’t allowed to bring my Rott puppy
This apartment complex’s dog breed restriction list is extensive. I will not support companies who have such unfair restrictions. I am sure they have their reasons but these types of legislation and regulations lead to families having to surrender their family pet in order to have a place to live and a roof over their head.
