We got a whole tank and kit. Got home put together did everything we was told. The beta was acting like it was dying called store Taylor advised me she was one helped me. Wanted video sent this page. I sent ASAP 5 days later they replied. No one ever helped. Went elsewhere and got help how help the betta fish. Poor customer service

staff was rude one particular employee had the nerve to pretty much tell me how i need to watch my kid. Only reason we stayed was cause my oldest birthday is coming up and he wanted a lizard but defiantly won't be returning for anything else
I love going here. Prices are reasonable, people are friendly, and they have a unique selection of reptiles. I’ve been in several times for feeders for my lizards, and winded up adopting two more lizards in the process from here. I can’t recommend them enough.

Beautifully kind hearted people, glad that there is people other then myself who have a heart of gold when it comes to animals.
Went in to look for some fish and the tanks were nasty. Some of them were cloudy and the glass was super dirty, you barely see the fish. Every fresh water tank has one if not two or more dead fish, that the other fish were eating. Went up front to ask some questions. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I asked about 1000 questions and they didn’t get annoyed at all. Honestly they were so excited and happy to answer all my questions. I got a few fish for my new tank and the owner? I believe that’s who I talked to was super helpful on tips on how to take care of them the best way. Overall the customer service was amazing and the prices are better than chain stores. I will 110% be back for more fish and accessories on my new tank;)
