Was really looking forward to stopping by and viewing their dragons being im an owner of two beardies. I left in absolute shock on how terrible conditions they were kept in . The fish seemed to be well kept (not sure not a fish expert) But I do know reptiles . I saw dead dragons being walked over by their sickly looking tank mates . I will NEVER go back there or support the way they neglect their animals . Absolutely disgusted .

Hi morgan, sorry you felt this way. We do not have any dead or even sickly beardies and I can personally assure you they are all VERY well cared for. None of our dragons are in any way unhealthy. We would love for you to come back and talk with us so we can address any concerns you might have.
We had been thinking about getting an axolotl for a few months but no one in Kentucky understood what we were wanting. A lady at petco was trying to sell us a tiger salamander because she could not tell the difference. We called and spoke to Parker and he knew exactly what we were looking for and had a few in the back. We drove down, purchased Fraggle, and they were very helpful on care and feeding instructions!! We will go no where else! Andrew is also very knowledgeable and answers online questions speedy quick!

RecommendedVery knowledgeable and helpful staff. Kayce is the best! She puts the real meaning of "caring" in caring for animals true. Totally recommend this place and their staff.
I love this store so much the people are friendly and extremely helpful and can answer any question you can dream of I would recommend this store to anyone I bought to clownfish from this store and they are happy and healthy ! And I had one problem and they quickly helped and solved the problem would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I have dealt with pet stores across 4 states over a 25 year period. Clarksville reef and reptile is the most honest, helpful, and knowledgeable store of its kind I have had the pleasure of frequenting. They know what they are doing. They don't won't sell you things you don't need or animals you aren't qualified to keep just to make a quick buck.
