I was referred by my daughter to try this clinic. She been going since the doors opened up and I have been her for 3 years. They not only care about your pain but your health also. Very clean and polite. They notify you when you have appointments.. Love them!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years. All the employees are very welcoming and personable. The doctors do not rush you though your appointment. Which is very appreciated from the patients. I have read one complaint about the timing, I feel I need to say, that a lot of elderly come, that are mobilly impaired, it does take some time to get them through the process, and I believe everyone understands that. Do not, under any circumstances go to this clinic. The office is disorganized and you will wait for at least an hour past your scheduled appointment time. In addition, if you dare leave a truthful review you will be dismissed as a clinic because the owner can't handle the public knowing the truth about the conditions in this clinic. Perhaps he should worry less about keeping up with the reviews and worry more about getting this clinic running smoothly.

My brother & I have been going to this pain clinic for several years, and I have nothing but possitive things to say about it! There are some really caring people that work here and don't mind listening to your complaints every month! We both live with chronic pain from back injuries and depend on medication to be able to live a somewhat normal life! I would recommend this clinic to anyone that really needs help! I am so very thankful for The Pain Institute. Not only are they totally professional, they are also personable. This office runs like a well-oiled machine. And the staff is so caring. From the minute you arrive, you are greeted with kindness. They treat each person as though they are the only patient!
