I've been a preferred service agreement member for almost a decade now. Grant and Aaron did a great job with my fall service appointment! Marco did a great job diagnosing and repairing our emergency heat pump issue over the weekend. Been a customer for many years with the preferred service plan. Highly recommend! Update: Marco did another great job figuring out our heating issue!
