Excellent from start to finish. My heat went out on a Sunday night, I called them on Monday and they came out the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and explain everything to me. In the end I had to get my entire HVAC system replaced. They got heat working temporarily so I had something. They sent a rep the day after r to show me my option and the next day I had my system installed. They were fast , explained everything. Pricing was fair and the warranty is outstanding . Highly recommend.

From the salesperson to office staff to the installers, I found them to be professional, courteous, patient, friendly and just generally good people. I have had no issues where I had to call the company back - appreciated this so much I sent salesperson a note of appreciation. Clarksville Heating and Air, LLC will be my go to for all HVAC matters. Phenomenal company to work with - so glad I found them.
Rey and David were courteous and very professional technicians. Rey came out to diagnose the problem and discovered we needed a new fan motor. After they placed an order for the part, David installed it about a week later. We have been customers of Clarksville Heating and Air for four years and are very satisfied customers.
