Fit Kids CAC knows the importance of being physically fit at a young age. We provide two essential classes ; Fit 4 Kids ( ages 2-4 ) and Kids in Motion ( ages 3-6 ). These children's classes incorporate the elements of fitness in action. Children will learn basic motor skills and develop perseverance and self-control. Our classes were designed to prepare children for creative movements and instill a sense of confidence in connection with physical activity. The children build strength, balance, agility, flexibility, and coord... read more

Beware the health of your children! I chose this gym because it had childcare and was closer than the YMCA. I loved the equipment and the pool, but the childcare was awful. Not only did they hire people who had no idea how to deal with children, the caretakers sat and chit-chatted while other kids hit and pushed my son to the point where he defended himself. Guess who got sent out that day? Not the original problem starter. I wouldn't even know about it if my daughter hadn't been there to see. They don't save the security vi... read more
Rude Employees!! My husband and I were members of the CAC for a year. The establishment was clean and the equipment was nice, although in the evenings it was quite busy and there was usually a wait to use most of it. I decided not to renew my membership at the end of my year due to the fact that we were moving out of state soon after. I was under the assumption that unless I requested to have my membership renewed that the contract would end at the end of our year. Well, this is not so. The payment was drafted once again fro... read more
Beware To be fair the CAC is a nice club for the area, but there is definitely room for improvement. The real problem comes from the administrative side of the house. Being in a military town with people constantly on the move, they have perfected the system to milk as much money out of people as possible. I moved 600 miles away and canceling my membership was the last thing on my mind. I saw the charge come in the next month and called to cancel. They informed me that they cannot cancel over the phone and I need to come in ... read more
Get Best Workout at Nicest Gym Ever Moving from Boston and originally from CA, the Clarksville Athletic Club was a godsend in terms of quality of the facility, friendliness of staff, and endless ways I could workout there. I've never been to a gym with: free-weights, weight machines, NEW and GREEN cardio machines with individual TVs, a cinematic cardio room (you can "go to the movies" without feeling like a slug for sitting and eating for two hours), an indoor lap and recreational pool, as well as an outdoor pool, jungle-gym... read more
Awesomeness I recently joined Clarksville Athletic Club primarlily for aerobics classes, but also found out that personal training is free. This is so great, I have so many goals to reach and I can have the best of both worlds, private trainng and with a group. I am so excited and can't wait to get to work, I meet with my trainer tomorrow.
Descent... Went there to find out the price (for those of you who don't know its 75.00/month for a family of four for a year) 65.00 for 2 year contract. The facility looked awesome and was not very busy. I will probably get a contract there because National Fitness is just as expensive with not nearly as much as this place had.
Nasty My husband and I went to check out CAC last night with some friends that are members. We were already planning on joining until we got there and saw how dirty and run down the facility looked. The bathroom stall floors in the women's locker room were so dirty you could see actual dirt build up and dead bugs that had dust on them. The cardio machines had dirt all over the foot pedals and the most machines were very outdated and run down. The furniture in the lobby and outside the racquetball courts was very used and tor... read more
Great Club! The Clarksville Athletic Club is a great facility. I am in the military and have been a member of numerous clubs across the nation and CAC has, by far, been one of my favorite. The prices were reasonable and their cancellation policy was fair. I have been to other health clubs, if I were to move, that will just transfer my membership to another club they are "affiliated" with whether you like it or not. The equipment there is great and they have plenty of programs for the my family. By the way, the cardio cinema ... read more
Very rude employees!!!! Like a previous rater said, I was in the area and I stopped in to inquire about the membership prices. When I asked the young lady at the front desk about it, she snickered like I was a lower life form and just walked away to get, what I presume, was a "manager." He shuffled me in the back room and was very patronizing when he discussed the pricing. Needless to say, these employees need some serious customer service skills and they drove away a potential customer by their attitude. Obviously, this pla... read more
