I had an epidermal in my L5 S1 area in my lower back. The nursing staff and the doctors or courteous, friendly and professional.
It is VERY hard for me to decide how to rate this. While they successfully operated on and fixed my mother, they made our lives hell at the same time. My mom was transported by ambulance here after the hospital in Des Moines couldn’t fix her heart issues. They quickly decided she needed a double bypass, a valve replacement, and in the end, she ended up with 2 temporary pacemakers, finally getting a permanent one installed in the end.
