I think overall there were several great experiences at the hospital. I had a unique situation where both of my brothers were in a critical state at two different hospitals. I had to call to get checkups from time to time and was never able to catch the doctors while we were there so I had to rely on phone calls. For the most part Nurses and Techs on the 9th floor were great!!!!!
