I came to Clarkson after having a bad experience with another Eyecare place that I had been using for years. I appreciated all the care that I received at Clarkson. I have confidence in the Doctor as well as the staff.
The staff at Clarkson on Wooster Pike is generally friendly and attentive to our needs. We have been going there since they opened and have been very satisfied. The only area that keeps me from rating them 5 stars is their reluctance to call when our lenses are ready, although they call persistently to get us in the door for check-ups and new lenses.
Dr. Smiley-Excellent optometrist who gives a thorough eye exam. She took a lot of time to answer any questions I had regarding my eye health. Thank’s to you and your staff for the wonderful care you provide. Everyone was so friendly and professional.
