First time visiting this store as an eye care patient. The staff were friendly, warm and engaging. I felt very relaxed and every procedure was explained to me and any question I had was explained with confidence and detail. Dr.Smiley has an amazing way of making patients feel comfortable and breaks down complex things in an easy to understand manner. Checking out was easy and the staff patiently took their time to ensure my billing was correct and my insurance would work for what I needed. I felt like family.
Excellent! I was able to schedule an appointment with ease, and only two weeks out. Very affordable without insurance. Received contact samples and an updated prescription at the appointment. Friendly staff, prompt, professional experience!
