My yearly eye exam with additional testing due to family history of Glucoma. Feb 19, 2025. My insurance covers all for 100%and no deductable. At check out they told me my insurance shows I have a 3k deductable and the testing was not covered. Stated I had to pay the $246.00, I told them that is wrong. Would not listen!! Paid the bill. As soon as I got home called insurance company explained what happened. They said I should never pay claim until I receive the EOB.
